syslog client configuration

Hi, how can I configure redmine to send logs to a syslog server instead of writing to the development.log file ?
Environment:
Redmine version 5.0.5.stable
Ruby version 3.0.0-p0 (2020-12-25) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 6.1.7.4
Environment development
Database adapter SQLite
Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
Mailer delivery smtp
Redmine settings:
