Upgrading from 6.0.7 to 6.1.0

I have a running docker image on podman of Redmine 6.0.7, a test install. We are evaluating to upgrade it to 6.1.0
The 6.1.0 docker image does change the underlaying database? There´s a recomended path to upgrade?
