enable detailed debugging? (file-line# of errors)

How can I enable detailed debugging in Redmine? I'm using the Bitnami Redmine (8.5) Stack and I'm trying to hook it up to gmail and I'm getting a slew of problems. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to fix it myself but I'm going to stroke my pride a little bit and try anyway. :p
