Redmine CRM Plugin - CSV Import
Added by Martin Butz over 9 years ago
Hi to all,
I have been trying to import adresses from a CSV file for several hours now but have not succeeded. I do get rather weired error messages (one of them: missing first name
, although my import file did contain entries for first
, middle
and last name
).
I also tried to import the example file provided [1] which also generates an error message (i.e.: Fehler in der Zeile 1: unknown attribute: country.
; in English: error in line 1 ...
).
Did anyone to manage to import address data from a CSV-file? If yes, could you please provide information about your Redmine version, plugin version and possibly an example of the imported data??
Or can anyone give a hint what I could do to get to the bottom of this behaviour?
I did try to contact the Redmine support [2] several days ago but havn't any answer yet (we've bought a commercial license for the plugin).
Our setup:
Environment: Redmine version 2.6.7.stable Ruby version 1.9.3-p0 (2011-10-30) [x86_64-linux] Rails version 3.2.22 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 SCM: Git 1.7.9.5 Filesystem Redmine plugins: redmine_contacts 4.0.2 redmine_issue_checklist 2.0.5 redmine_time_tracker 0.7.0
