Joomla Redmine Bridge

Hello,
i want to view tickets from redmine in Joomla. For this i installed the Joomla Redmine Bridge where a compatibility till redmine 3.0 is shown.
Should it work with current Redmine 3.3.1?
I can´t get any tickets with my logged in user?
How can the Joomla Module receive entries from Redmine?
In Redmine i use the Redmine Helpdesk Plugin 0.0.15 from Stefan Husch.
There is an additional field with "owner-email" insidet the projects which stores the mail addresse from the ticket creator.
This i think can/should be the same as in Joomla User Registration.
