Unsupported plugin redmine_due_date_by_default: how to manage issue due date ad version due date as default

I installed https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/PluginIssueDueDate but I couldn't get it to work.

I don't understand if this plugin is compatible with lastest redmine version 4.1 or not.

If not, I think this feature it is integrated in one of the recent version. Isn't it?
