XLS Export Plugin 021 receive Internal Error (Redmine 500 error)

Description

I install XLS Export Plugin 021 by following the instructions on the plugin page. Restart my redmine server. However, when I click XLS link on issues page, I receive following "Redmine 500 error":

If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.

If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

Try uninstall/install multiple times, get same problem.
Anyone may know a resolution?
