do not restrict tickets view to max. 100 tickers per page

Description

It seems as if 100 is the maximum amount of tickets that can be viewed per page in the tickets view.
Could you add the possibility to view more than 100 tickets per page?
Maybe you can add an "all" link, too?

There's a Objects per page options setting in Administration/Settings General tab.
