Wrong entries in custom fields after changing the content of the field

Description

Hello,
if i change the value of a custom field to a new value it doesnt change right.
After the change i have the old and the new value in the custom field.

Pictures below does show it.

How did you configure your custom list field? It seems you allowed multiple values. Maybe you could add a screenshot from your configuration page.

Hello Jacob Weber Fuchs,
thats right we have allowed multiple values. But if i wanna change a value a delete a value it doesnt work.
