Description

Hi,

The redmine counts the ticket ID incrementally up
Is there a way to change the "start point".

For Example: At the Moment our highest TicketID is with 4 numbers (#2123) but we only want TicketIDs with 5 numbers (#10000). How we can skip the next 7877 Tickets in an easy way?
