How to edit e-mail subject form default

Hi Bitnami Support Team
I would like to add some text in mail subject. For example,E-mail was send mail to user when create is new issue [New-Application Request - Support........]
So I need to add a word "Redmine" in mail subject in everytimes when sending the e-mail like
REDMINES[New-Application Request - Support.......] becasue it's easy to read new mails.
I have looking in path /opt/redmines/apps/redmine/htdocs/app/views/mailer. But I dont known
Which files I can editing.
Thank so much!
