- Haru lida, it was a plugin issue, you're right. I filed a bug report (#4227) and it was finally a PluginBotsFilter issue. Jean-Philippe was so kind to update it to make it compatible with Redmine 0.8.7. Thank you!

- got help in IRC in the meantime - issue was the parameter project must be the identifier not the name.
