403 in Changelog after upgrade 0.8.4 -> 1.0.1

Hi.
I upgraded my Redmine from 0.8.4 to 1.0.1 and now all works fine, but I don't have access to the "Changelog" site in all of my projects - I have "403 - You are not authorized to access this page."
From production.log:

Have you any ideas what is the reason?

Have you looked if any new permissions have been added which you need to distribute? One of your plugins might also be the culprit.
