I also began to use Redmine some time ago and I have to say I couldn’t be any happier. Before doing this I used to have some trouble at work especially when dealing with many projects at the same time. I had other issues in the office that now have gone away thanks to Redmine is quite a powerful tool and I certainly recommend use it. If I worked for me, it can work for you as well.
