Quick Functional Question -- Refreshing Revision Log Messages on Repository

Added by Eric Nograles about 14 years ago

Hi all,

I just had a quick question. There were a few revisions on my SVN instanc that should've referenced Redmine issues that were committed, so I had to go back and add the appropriate refs <issue number> to the log messages.

I see that Redmine only caches the log messages for revisions in a Repository as it receives them (and doesn't really refresh against the repository). No biggie, I just deleted the Repository and re-added it to Redmine and all the post-commit log messages came through as expected. Is there a facility to refresh revision log messages on Redmine or is the method I described above the only way to go about doing this?

Thanks!

Eric

The only way is deleting the repository and reimporting it, Redmine assumes that the past is the past.
