Proxy Error -> Redmine sleep? :)

When I connect after a long time, I see the Redmine error. But if I refresh page two or three times, Redmine is shown. Where is a problem? I do not know what to do. :(

(I'm sorry... I'm czech and I speak english very bad (it's terrible))

Depending of what you are using to serve redmine, the processes might die after a period of inactivity and get restarted when you hit redmine again, which takes some time though, and might cause your reverse proxy to timeout.
