According to the screenshot, it looks like a path issue. You need to find out the full path to where the svn binary is installed on your FreeBSD instance and use that info to correctly set the scm_subversion_command config option (in configuration.yml). I'm not very familiar with the BSD's but you might be able to retrieve the path using a command like whereis svn.

The question now is how the other through redmine files uploaded to the repository.
Maybe there is a plugin for multiboot in the repository?

I really don't understand what you mean here. Even with the info in your original topic (eg. did you or didn't you complete to a successful repository auto-creation and repository authentication situation?) I really don't think I can help any further. Not to mention my unfamiliarity with *BSD's.
