New trackers don't show up in existing projects

Added by Ani G over 14 years ago

Hi,

When I add a new tracker (besides the default ones), they do not show up on the drop down of a new issue page for an existing project. If I add a new project, then that new tracker category shows up.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this for existing projects?

Also, is there any documentation on what I can do improve performance. While not entirely slow, there is a perceptible lag with redmine. I have pretty high end server and connection. Can run pretty heavy db and CMS sites on it without any issues. Redmine does have that annoying lag when refreshing pages.

I am running redmine successfully in a production environment on a CentOS (i686) server running
  • apache (2.2.11)
  • PHP (5.2.8)
  • MySQL (4.1.22-standard)
  • Ruby version 1.8.7 (i686-linux)
  • RubyGems version 1.3.4
  • Rails version 2.1.2
  • Active Record version 2.1.2
  • Action Pack version 2.1.2
  • Active Resource version 2.1.2
  • Action Mailer version 2.1.2
  • Active Support version 2.1.2
  • Edge Rails revision unknown
  • Application root /home/ldiinter/public_html/projects
  • Environment production
  • Database adapter mysql

To be sure anyone coming here from a search-result find the answer: it can be found at the FAQ.
