Comments on Repository plugin

Hello,

I tested repository plugin and would like to comment my observations.

  1. When nothing is selected, the plugin takes some time till answers that nothing is selected. It seems that it queries the repository anyway. I think that if nothing is selected, the plugin should quit it's work quicker and without querying the repository server.
  2. The check-boxes and the button "Download" should appear only when the current user is allowed to download the repository of the current project (they are assigned the role to download). It is important because:
    1. The users that are disallowed to do so do not need to know about this possibility. Redundant curiosity is not needed.
    2. There is social effect. No one likes to see that something is not allowed to them. Someone may create a selection of files and folders, this will take him some time and then he will see that this is now allowed. Bad surprise...
