Description
This is a regression compared to last friday night trunk.
Content of the "Assigned to" field is now displayed to the end user as <a href="/users/24">John Doe</a> in the issue form.
Associated revisions
Fixed that link to the assignee is escaped twice on the issue view (#11352).
