Looking for a plugin that will help see clearly in my tickets list

Description

I'm having difficulties in reading clearly my tickets lists, as even if progession=100% or statut= solved or closed, there's no visual differences between the lines.
That's what I'm looking for : a plugin that will enlight/color tickets regarding of some criteria.
I've reviewed all the 700 plugins without finding something like this...
