Field "due date" is disabled

Some weeks ago, the users can't close the tickets, the field 'due date' is required to set status 'Closed' the ticket show disabled.

┬┐Any solution?

PD: Three months ago, we migrated from Mysql to PostgreSQL.

You probably have set the "Due date" field as required for one or more statuses. You can configure this in Administration -> Workflows -> Field permissions.

  • Resolution set to Invalid
