Filter on custom fields (issues)

Description
It is currently not possible to filter issues based on values of custom fields. It would be very nice, if all custom
fields could be shown in the drop-down list and it would be possible to use them in the same way as common fields.

When adding a custom field it would be useful to specify if you
want it to appear in the dropdown to be filterable as you many
not want some to be.
Also the full text search feature should also check these custom
fields.
Done (committed in rev 447).
A new attribute was added on custom fields for issues: "Used
as a filter" (false by default). Once checked, the field
is available in the filter drop-down list.
At this time, the last browsable revision of the rubyforge repository
frontend is the 446... :(
There may be a problem with rubyforge svn browser.
Last revision for redmine is 483 at this time.
Unfortunately my corporate proxy does not let me use svn.
I have made a svn checkout from my home computer and I got it
now. Wonderful.
BTW, i am currently trying to set up a redmine for my company.
