Useful plugin!

Good plugin!
Now user can notify for example his boss while processing the issue. Very good and simple plugin. The only plugin that worked as intended.
Works with:

Redmine: 3.1.0.stable
Ruby: 2.1.5-p273
Rails: 4.2.3
