Gantt Graphic

I want in the gantt see task with date start, due date and close date.
I don't see the date closed project whith color.
In fact, we don't see the difference between the planified and the realised task with color.

IS it a plugin ?

to resume, We need to know when a task is behind schedule or is overdue on the gantt graphic with different color (begind sheculde, overdue, over work in progress limit.....)

Anyone to help me ?
