Upgrading to latest Redmine from JumpBox

Hi - I discovered Redmine as a result of visiting the JumpBox site. It seems the JumpBox version is old, by comparison to the versions displayed here. Are there any instructions for upgrading from 0.5 to 0.7?

The latest version of the JumpBox has Redmine 0.7.3
