how to add validation/constraints to issues

In our support team, we would like to add some constraints when submitting a new issue. in particular we would like to have the "due date" be at least 3 working days ahead of the current day
I'm not a ruby/rails user, but if you could only point me to the right piece of code/function, maybe I could do that

sorry, of course I meant "3 working days after the current day"...
