I want to create a new plugin that customize a view (add custom data to projects view)
I want the plugin to have the option to be disabled/enabled per project.

I don't understand how do I make my plugin be enabled/disabled on the project modules tab.
From what I see the checkbox for enabling/disabling is directly related to permissions which I don't need in my plugin.
