Bug: Unable to upload multiple files

Redmine 2.3.0 - in every browser I am unable to upload multiple files, only one. If I want to add another file to upload queue, the browser is switching to top of page.

Help would be great!

Any plugins installed? Did your clear your app and browser cache? It won't work with ie9 AFAIR.
