Question : Relating two projects and versions

Hello,

We have a webservice project configured as a project in our Redmine installation and we also have another website ( another project in redmine ) which uses this webservice.

Whenever any updates planned for this webservice ( for eg, a new release is planned in the coming days ), is there any way it can be known by the people working on the website its integrated with ?

That means, any way to connect these projects by any means ?

Please let me know if my question is not clear.

Assuming you just want to pass textual information, you could the Banner plugin
The people working on the webservice project would need permissions to create a banner message in the website project...
