I just updated to trunk and noticed that default spent time is missing, causing time entries not to be added by default.
I find it useful to let a 0.0 spent time and then update the values at the end of the day with timesheet plugin.
But this way, issues are not reported at all in timesheet plugin, since time entry is missing.

I don't find it very useful not to add a time entry. I makes more sense to add a default spent time value. Every action on an issue at least a few minutes to complete.

I propose to add a default 'Spent time' setting. We all would get much more meaningful statistics.
