Redmine

Hi there,

As a volunteer of a small nonprofit org. I'm hoping to help solve some of the organizational needs of our org. by using new and more flexible methods. Being able to work on more locations than just the main office could help us meet some of the challenges. I would like to ask you weather it is possible to use Redmine for scheduling/rostering of volunteers (a.o. in shifts)

Here are (some of the) the needs of our organization:

- create (reoccurring) shifts in our community center
- create rosters for volunteers in the field
- inform volunteers of their assigned shifts
- allow volunteers to add their available time (for assigning shifts)
- provide insight/overview of planned or completed shifts
- share news about completed goals (possibly a newsletter?)

Can Redmine provide in this, possibly by use of a plugin ?
