Install redmine on a lot of servers

I have a centos server which consists of multiple domains ... I've tried to install redmine but in the opt folder and it can only be in one domain ... me how this can be installed in each domain and in each of the existing database on my server ... I've tried but the database merge ... there is a solution?
What redmine latest version can be used to install in each domain?
