How to set the Priority dinamically based on custom fields values?

Hello,

I want to set the Priority field value based on two existing custom fields:

Impact: List (High, Medium, Low)
Urgency: List (High, Medium, Low)

The result would be the calculation of the selected values on those fields, to comply with this matrix: http://wiki.en.it-processmaps.com/index.php/Checklist_Incident_Priority#Incident_Priority_Matrix

Any idea how to accomplish this?
