I think issues's translation in Chinese is not right.

issues's translation in Chinese is ‘问题(wenti)’, but '问题(wenti)' to English is more about problem.I think issues's translation should be '任务(renwu)' which means 'assignment or task'

Traditional Chinese changed "issue" from "項目" to "問題" at r6267 #8778.
http://www.microsoft.com/Language/en-US/Search.aspx?sString=issue&langID=zh-cn says "问题".

But in simplified Chinese, you can assign a 任务(renwu), you can resolve a 问题(wenti), you cann't assign a 问题(问题)

I think ticket in here is more about leaflet, it is more suitable in some ways than 问题(wenti) in Simplified Chinese.Ticket can be assigned, or do job following the list in it.
