Redmine

Ok the title is a bit on the WT??? side ... sorry about that.

I'd like to duplicate the functionality of the projects/issues so that in a sense I will have 2 project management system running within redmine.
Sort of like adding on a workflow (project area) and keep the main project/issue area as projects.

I was able to do something similar with dotproject from the php world and figure that I could do the same with redmine (note: total ruby / rails newb-ola here)

Which of the main files should I be looking at?
