Redmine

Hi,

I tried to setup email configuration bitnami redmine.
\Environment:
Redmine version 3.1.0.stable
Ruby version 2.0.0-p645 (2015-04-13) [i386-mingw32]
Rails version 4.2.3
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
SCM:
Subversion 1.8.11
Git 1.9.5
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed

but currently i'm located in China and Gmail is not working here. I replaced Gmail with Hotmail but the only message I receive is:
redmine: An error occurred while sending mail (Connection refused - connect(2))

I allready tried all the howto's but no succes.

If anybody has some ideas or can help i appriciate this.
