redmine projects error

我rails启动redmine 服务的时候 没有问题 但是我只要一点项目就提示错误
我上网查了查资料 说是编码的问题 提示new.htlm.erb错误，大家能帮我看看吗 特别着急

When I rails start redmine service There is no problem But I'm just a little project errors
I checked information on the Internet Was it a matter of coding prompt new. HTLM. Erb errors, you can help me have a look Especially in a hurry
