knowledge base is accessible to anyone, should not.

Hello, this is my first post here and is as follows.
I have the plug-in knowledge base, and configurations, anonymous access is disabled, but users can access not connected. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if you can otherwise block access of users not logged in redmine?
