Redmine package in Debian testing

There is no Redmine package in current Debian testing (Stretch). Jérémy Lal, maintainer of this package, explains:

This is not a normal situation.

This is a damageable situation, I'm currently running Redmine 2.5.1 :(
I think that the main reason of this situation, is the "merry mess" in Ruby packages.
