Redmine backup and create an image on other system

I need help to take a backup of redmine server and restore the backup on different system.
Can someone please help me with detailed procedure?

It's not much different then a RedmineUpgrade keeping the same version and adding a database restore to the destination host.
This assuming you have the basics running on the destination server.
