Redime Git fetch automatically

Hi all,

I am using redmine 3.1.4 and I want that my repositories in redmine automatically fetch the latest commit as someone commits in project.
I don't want to install cron job. I have gone through with step http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_setup_automatic_refresh_of_repositories_in_Redmine_on_commit but this didn't helped me. Is there's any plugin for this. If yes, please let me know.
