after fresh bitnami redmine stack installation, Internal 500 error

after fresh bitnami redmine stack installation, I couldnt login to redmine. I get "internal 500 error
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to exprience problems please contact your Redmine Administrator for assistance.
If you are Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error"
Solution:
Dont use Turkish in user Name like in FalsePicture. When I write my name in english like True Picture. Redmine started :)
Solution is:
In installation progress. You dont use Turkish letter as User name. In truepicture file, you must use english letter for User Name
