Custom fields

I'm looking for a field where you can search within a list a part of the word.
I need to search within a list o the letter or word wherever it is found, this field would be for the registration of a new task.

it is not clear what you need here. Maybe first tell us WHY you want it; and then show a screenshot in Redmine of which page would be different, and how.

I'm probably totally wrong... but it kind of sounds like you want to be able to search with a wild-card at the start? eg search for *myName - so that it will find entries that contain myName no matter if at the start of the field or not.
