I wonder how could be useful and easy to deal with different versions of documentation that consist of several wiki pages. Usually, the wiki pages are connected in a hierarchy with link between them.

OK, while creating first version there is no problem. However, when time comes to change the version of the product and as a consequence its documentation what to do? How to create easily new hierachy for the next version, and preserve previous version? And it is important to have not bad cross links.

Indeed, there are versions of the wiki pages and this is a good thing, but when it comes to multiple connected pages it gets too complex.
