Voting on tickets?

Is there a way to vote on bug or feature requests for Redmine?

At the moment I just add a comment to any relevant, existing ticket I find for an issue I would like to see addressed but, if the ticket is unassigned, I'm not sure anyone on the Redmine development team is listening.

Perhaps a voting system (similar to Bugzilla) could be introduced?
