Required fields for time logs

Hello,

I have a question regarding the 'Required fields for time logs' option.

Is there OR or AND ?

There is an option 'Required fields for time logs' and two checkboxes:
- issues
- comments

If there will both checked user has to provide issue and comment or one of these ?

Anyone ?

Is an "AND", if checked both fields are required.
