Custom Field Change Max Fields

When i create a Custom Field i can only create 17 field on "Task(Tarefas) if i create more he overlap a field existent!
I want change the max of field i can create! Anyone know how change???

I'm on Redmine 3.2 where don't seem to be any limits like that. I've 19 custom fields right now on issue level and 20+ on project level.

Just one clarifying question, Iago. Are you sure you require that many custom fields? Perhaps there are other ways to store and track issue information.
