There is a config named 'view estimated time'

new a project in Readme & choose moduel including ` Issue tracking/Time tracking/Repository/Forums/Calendar/Gantt/Charts/Agile`
when I enter the issue, I cannot edit the `Estimated time`
I upload the capture in attachment.
