automatically open ticket in redmine

Hi,

I have a redmine ticketing system that was working well without any issue.
When I recieve an email, directly it opens a ticket on redmine.
Few days ago, this process was not working and I am obligated to open the ticket manually, however nothing was changed from the console (like rules, users...)

Please anyone could help to find the issue?
